Message: General Motors Tranche 2 terms

Not to read too much into this, but the 11,890,848 Tranche 2 Alternative Exercise Warrants issued to GM were calculated based on the ceiling exercise price of USD $27.74, which is almost exactly 50% above the current price of $18.56. So if LAC's sp at separation is above $27.74 GM wins by getting a discount, and if LAC's sp is below $27.74 GM wins by getting more shares because they will buy $330 million worth of shares at the lower market rate.

Considering how calm Evans was during his most recent interview you gotta think that he expects LAC's sp to climb through September, because I would think that management would want to have as little dilution as possible and GM's ownership % minimized.
