I am not personally sure, whether Ganfeng is a threat or an opportunity. Thread is clear - takeover, the opportunity is, that with that ongoing mess in Argentina, nobody would dare to mess with a company, where leading shareholder is a Chinese, partially government owned entity. And it will pay dividend and surely provides undisclosed financial aid to carefully selected political representation :-).
