Message: Re: Initial pricing for new companies

I guess we all have our expectations, given that it doesn't seem that any of us have had this exact experience with a different company. I wouldn't expect that anyone would value the two companies equally just because it's being split. Just as anyone with the appropriate skills can put a value on the current LAC, these same people have the ability to price out the value of the assets in each new company and I don't expect that they're equal.

Discount rates will be applied to each, with LAC being higher than LAAC due to the additional risk and time, but I would still expect that the huge potential of Thacker Pass will win out over the smaller current producer in LAAC. We'll see.

Personally I'm excited to watch the action play out. I'm sitting on my hands for the first little while at least. Good luck to everyone. This is the biggest thing to happen since the appeal was won .... let's hope the price action doesn't repeat that good news.
