My issue was that the initial report, before an update, suggested a significantly smaller loan than I had expected, by the tune of about a half billion. Mind you I'm not a financial expert, but my impression is that a larger loan with favorable, long-term terms would be better than issuing new shares or attracting another major investor, both of which would dilute my ownership. I'd rather pay the loan off over the next 20-40 years or whatever it will be.
