Could the following not be to blame for the Lac share not rising to Split? Because there is definitely a part of this pool that has been sold again?

Am I completely wrong on this one? I know it's over now, but if it's true the lack of increase makes sense.

Following the Separation, the balance outstanding which are not converted into Lithium America's common shares during the approximate 30-trading day period prior to the Separation, will remain obligations of Lithium Argentina.
