So for those of you have not been able to follow the when-issued trading, with exceedingly light volume over two days, just a few thousand shares each, LAAC finished at $6.16 and LAC finished at $9.57 (USD), which combined is a discount to the closing price of current LAC at $16.29.  That shakes out to almost exactly LAAC 40% and LAC 60% of the current company, which kind of makes sense.

There remains a huge spread between bids/asks which means we'll probably see some pretty extreme movements early on tomorrow. Current values are:
