I hope i'm wronge but we recently heard that the loan amount was 1 billion, later to be amended, I thought that originally the max amount of the loan would be 1.75 billion. Coincidentaly the Company filed the ability to issue 750 million in debt etc maybe to bridge in case the loan amount is 1 billion.
