You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Unfortunately I can't post screenshots here, but Evans sold about $600k worth of LAAC and bought about $600k worth of LAC, so I think it might be more of a reallocation.
