LAC has already filed legal actions against the sabotage that has already been waged against their efforts to build at Thacker Pass.  Expect more "imaginative" methods to be used by DGR and its fellow travelers in the future at Thacker Pass, especially if they continue to be shut down in the Federal Court System.  Legal protest is not the only thing in their plans.
