Pavel, as long as we are looking at Ganfeng Lithium Ltd. and their ownership related to LAAC then I think it also serves some purpose to look at past concerns over the relationship of Ganfeng Lithium Ltd. to LAC and Thacker Pass.  The link below is old, from November 2022, but it is a window on the thoughts at that time of some in the U.S. government about what would eventually become LAC after the 2023 split:
