Nobody knows, but last time, there was an over supply of Lithium, the combined company went as long as $2/share. So since we split the company, I am betting on 75 cents for LAC and $1.25 LAAC.

Please, do not give me 1 star for that. It is not my fault :-). We all fell for the same trap, that there is limited supply of Lithium. It turned out, it is not the case. Lot of garbage can be mined ad processed in China at current prices. Only few sites are able to deliver battery grade product, but till the oversupply persist LAAC does not have a chance, not to mention that LAAC is not there, yet.
