It is just my observation, but nobody is going invest this kind of money just because they like Reno. And GM is not going to produce its batteries. As I see it, this may be the factory, which is going to process LAC chemicals into the final product. Assuming that an it is needed 60kWh per EV, then 10 GWh is about 150 000 EVs. So, where is the nearest GM production site?
