Thank you for your correction, Pavel.  As you can see from the material below, GWL is indeed a company from the Czech Republic and not from Czechoslavakia.  The more recent transmogrifications of the European continent are not, as you hinted, a topic of everyday conversation here in the Great Basin of the Western United States anymore than Tonopah, Nevada would be a subject of polite conversation in your own neck of the woods.  We do have an axiom regionally that is oft repeated and applicable in this circumstance:  "Live and learn".   Thanks.  Okiedo
