Yes mp and the rare earth magnets are going to stay in high demand

I may sound like a broken record and i agree with pavel that copper is never going to pop like lac will here soon but i am up big on a couple of my copper companies 50 % gain in 3-4 months is nothing to walk away from and demand for copper is increasing 

Here's some amounts of copper used

Ev 30lbs more than a ice car

Home ev charging station 4kg ( most if not all ev owners will have a charger at home )

A wind turbine 4.7 tons yep 4.7 tons  i was shocked when i saw that

I haven't looked but think of all the portable home generators being sold

To the best of my knowledge for several years copper has not being used in New housing construction

A negative is copper is very easy to recycle

Imo the need for copper will grow at a steady pace for many years to come
