Okiedo,  I support “green” energy sources , just don’t blindly follow New Green Deal.  Other then coal , I believe we need all energy we can get. Oil, natural gas, nuclear, hydro..

 EV /lithium batteries have invisible pollution, the question is only which energy pollute the most. Obviously ICE pollute more then EV, still to charge those batteries energy have to come from somewhere and believe me-  over half of the country does not have enough sun  or wind to power electric grid.   So, the best solution is somewhere in between, as they say: moderation is the key.
