A lot of you guys had a close  connection with al for many years . I read many of his posts since joining tob and was always in awe in his research of lithium i can only imagine all the different sources he had to pass on information about lac and lithium .

One thing i really want to say before myself or god forbib somebody else here passes way is thanks for your contribution here i may not post very often and express myself very well but i do read everyone's post . I do value everyone's opinion here i feel we as a group are the best . And a special thanks to okieko for inviting me here many months ago to join him here when at the time i thought tob was a waste of time . I could have never guessed how low class and destroyed tob has become
