WB DT, the post your refer to is still listed as "Pending" regarding the review process.  It has previously been submitted for evaluation as a possible "Violation".  No decision has been rendered as of this date.  

It should be noted that the person you mentioned went on to post on 27 July: " Deletion of my own comments should be granted to all"
