I think it is a safe assumption that everyone here on Agoracom's LAC Hub has also viewed Steve's post over on TOB that starts out:

Hopefully, everyone here has also read WB DT's follow up comment about Steve's post.  Both posts were outstanding and deserve our perusal.  Thanks "Steve" and double thanks to WB DT.

There is much conjecture on how Judge Du will rule later this month and much hope from the standpoint of LAC investors.  Keep in mind, however, it isn't a sure thing.  Anything is possible once a dispute enters into the perview of the legal system here in the U.S.  My hope is the same as yours, that Judge Du renders a decision favorable to LAC.  In the meantime, anticipation is again the name of the game.
