Message: Effects of inflation/interest rate hikes in Lithium stocks

I'm curious to know what you all think about this. I'm definitely not very savvy in macro investing, but from my limited understanding, the fed is playing around with possible rate hikes if inflation gets out of hand. If/when this happens, from what I understand it will mean bonds go up, putting downward pressure on stocks. But would it also raise the borrowing cost for smaller stocks that are pre cash flow? If this is the case, could this potentially create a clear devide between the lithium stocks that are either producing, or very close with their projects paid for?

Also, I'm assuming as a side benefit, inflation should continue to raise commodity prices including lithium, which would increase profitability for lithium stocks.

Is my understanding correct, or way off base here?
