Clifford, the problem you have run into has to deal with the Rank system here at Agoracom.  The "Mailroom" rank is the only rank at Agoracom that does not have the capability to post photos.  ProsserP is at the "President" rank and that is why he has no problem posting photos.

Cifford, you have plenty of evaluation points as evaluated by the other members here, the problem is that you have not posted enough messages in order to acquire the type of points that would meet the requirement  for the next level:  "Treasurer".  

You need 250 points to move up from "Mailroom" to "Treasurer" and at this moment you only have 191 points.  

The quality of your posts here, Clifford, has always been top notch so the only thing holding you back from advancing to the "Treasurer" level or higher is the number of your accumulated posts.  

As a caveat, Clifford, in my example I have plenty of "Activity Points" since joining Agoracom back in 2008, however I am permanently frozen in the "Treasurer" status since I will probably never have a peer evaluation above 2.7 and would need at least a 3.0 peer eval in order to advance back up to "Vice President" status.  It is confusing since I have an "appointed" status as "President".  Had the Agoracom Administrator not seen fit to grant that "appointed" status then I would have no more privileges that those that are the limitations of the "Treasurer" level.  That appointed status can be taken away.  At one time I held the "President" level. Easy come, easy go!

Actually, I received quite a few low evaluations on another Agoracom Hub some years ago after defending a very unpopular member of that Hub.  Member evaluation is very much a poppularity contest so you can use my case as a learning tool. It doesn't pay to take on unpopular stances in regard to your Agoracom Rank.

Anyway, I hope this message provides some  clarity regarding the "Rank" system here at Agoracom for all of the members on this Hub, especially the newer ones.

Clifford, your situation is quite simple.  Just post more and you should have no problem advancing as far as you want to go here on Agoracom.  You have the support of your fellow members.
