Just a tiny follow up: it looks like I may have been wrong. Recent development suggest, that Musk put together a financial package for the buyout. IMHO, it is still a gamble to leverage TWTR share price prior selling his shares. But assuming it is happening, then it is also my understanding, that Musk is going to  use his TSLA holding as a collateral to borrow the money. I can already see a scenario, which would create a massive short opportunity.
