One important mitigating factor regarding the appointment of Silvina Batakis as the country’s new economy minister has to be kept in mind and that is the mutually benefiting relationship of China and Argentina that might exempt, or at least mitigate, any negative effect of potential increase in Export Taxes for foreign companies operating in Argentina.
I again make reference to China being the only country to support Argentina's claim to Guerra de las Malvinas (the Falkland Islands) off the coast of Argentina that were seized from the UK by Argentina in 1982 and reclaimed by the UK after a 10 week war.
The link below from a 25 Feb 2022 article emphasizes the China's interdigitated mutual interests go beyond just the support of China for Argentina's claim to Fuerra de las Malvinas:

My point: Just some things to keep in mind as they pertain to the situation for LAC in Argentina relating to LAC's multiple lithium mining interests in that country, not just to the Cauchari-Olaroz lithium mine.
