I understand the market is great and the potential is huge. The companies have the potential to grow exponentially. But why would funding of 40m$ be approved while the company is currently at a market cap of 10m$. If the management could give more details on plans futures. 

I also wonder I have seen another company called NOU nouveau monde graphite also in Quebec would it not be better to merge or one acquires the other for current and future synergies from the start?

I see the potential but I want more information. I feel blind by just looking at the market press releases. Why wouldn't a major winner come and acquire it and have it built. With the potential of the mine disclosed this seems like an easy target to acquire.

I prefer the growth we can get my self-growth than acquisition i hope LMR does extremely well and I have a good chuck of money proportional to my new worth. But I am betting on EV, Canada , the futur and the global struggle to reduce China's power over North America.
