Lundin Mining Corporation: Neves-Corvo Copper Mine Notified of Further Industrial Action

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 20, 2010) - Lundin Mining Corporation ("Lundin Mining" or the "Company") (TSX:LUN)(OMX:LUMI) today reported that it has received notice from the union representing Neves-Corvo employees that they plan a total stoppage of work from May 5, 2010 to May 12, 2010.

It is unclear what the adherence will be to this action and further details will be advised when available. Management continues to focus on ensuring the long-term competitiveness of the mine and its position as a major contributor to the regional and national economy.
