It's not about whining, it's what BMK did to their shareholders. Nothing short of underhanded low-balling. Look at the dilution here, the company was trading at $.90, they let their gang of thieves in @$.40..get real John

 You stay invested with this gang of thieves and you deserve to get shafted. This has to go down in history as one of the biggest thefts from the shareholders in the history of this exchange. How the TSX-v ever allowed this is beyond me. I see now why it took so long for the exchange to approve it. Wouldn't suprise me to see that they greased palms on the exchange also with some less than half-priced shares.

Total theft from the shareholders plain and simple. They wanted to do a financing why not allow the public to buy in at less than 1/2 price, why only insiders and big corporate bigwigs? If you think this was a good thing, you need a new brain.
