The jarv, I have no idea what a law suit would contain I'm no lawyer or want to be one. To be honest not so sure I want anything to do with anything that goes on with this company. Just needed a forum to place my rant against what I believe is an injustice to the small guy investors. Have nothing against current shareholders and wish you's nothing but the best. It just burns me that companies can get away this kind of chit. The dilution factor on this PP is awful. I notice investors in the National Post article aren't too pleased either, with what transpired here.

 Anyhow, my last rant about this. Good luck to all still in and hope all exicting shareholders do well here. Who knows, perhaps this company will hit the motherload and all still in will make their fortunes.
