I for one think a class actioned suit should be filed if this PP is approved. In fact investors should be given their money back who invested in this sham. In the meantime the stock should be halted to get this outrage sorted out.

It wouldn't bother me if  the stock is delisted and the  management brainiac's who came up with this theft thrown in jail. Other thieves go to jail, how is the management team of BMK any different?
