I agree, this PP is "cheap" for the Big Guys, but this is the normal way of risky explorers to get money for their business.

You need a "special treat" to attract the money.

Look at Noront´s PP last December, 21st:

- heavy dilution (30 mio. new shares with 55 mio. issued at that point)

- "cheap" as well ($ 0,50 with warrants $ 0,75 when the stock was trading in the range of 0,58 to 1,07 with only 4 closes below 0,75)

So the retail investors that got in above $ 1,00 have seen a 50% dilution for half the price as well.

That´s explorer business !
