I tend to agree with most of what is said in the conversations of the past few days. I do think that the PP is below the normal pricing structure allowed by the exchanges, but I don't think that the Private placement is going to close at this price, unless those that have the power to influence price movements, can lower the price to an average of about 25% above the PP price. Otherwise they will have to readjust the price upward. My personal opinion is that this announcement is a good thing, and will benefit all who are invested in BMK. Unfortunately for me, I have a very small position at this time. Maybe I'll have an opportunity to increase my position if the price drops to where I feel comfortable adding to my position.
