I would first like to thank you for your kind words re the NOT forum. It is very gratifying to see that the efforts we are making to help each other especially the newbies on the NOT board be recognized and posted by  an individual with no agenda for that statement so thanks again.

Geo the same can be done here as well as the other boards. Just a little effort and patience for the newbies getting their feet wet with their first posts. They soon become savy invstors and are tireless in their search for information.

Another way for us on the NOT board to put this is that we have an army at hand. Each and every member of the forum has access to that army.

BMK, one of my favorites. I jumped into this because I thought management made a real coup after the NOT hit with their staking. They did so well I like to say they zippered themselves right into the NOT play. Beautiful play by management. Now look at this stock. Now they grab the whole hotel??? All good stuff. A happy warm line cutter is a happy line cutter.....Don
