I believe the move was done based on three following assumptions:

1. coming NOT press release (expected >good and made nothing positive to the market yesterday)

2. the BMK analysis is similar to the one provided by NOT (will play the next week)

3. the analisys for BMK stock behavior gave a strong signal (this is of course a result of pp 1, 2)

How strong are these assumptions? Pretty much, but the first one did not play already.
