I enjoyed your post Poly but there are some issues I can't come to grips with.

Management has been adamant that there would be no visuals. So why would they all of a sudden on the worst day of the year release the very visuals they said they would not?

I am trying very hard to understand their rationale. This management team will not respond over the phone really.

I know what this looks like but would never post it here or I'd be gone. Kicked off!!....Don
