The file can only be opened with the program Excel, from the Microsoft Office software bundle (includes Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint...) on a windows based OS. I wrote it in Excel, because I think it is an easily accecable program, and almost everyone's got it.
All I can say, get your hands on the Excel software.
