Here are results of drilling done by MacDonald on the MacNugget property, Helium:

MCNUGGET PROPERTY - HISTORICAL DRILL RESULTS

In the late fall and winter of 2004 MacDonald carried out follow-up ground geophysics on 8 of the EM anomalies and subsequent diamond drilling intersected Cu/Zn enriched massive sulphides including:

- 1.15% Cu over 5.9m in massive sulphides including 2.1% Cu and 0.45% Zn over 1.5m

- 0.34% Cu over 28m including 0.83% Cu over 6.7m in a brecciated feeder zone
- 1.55% Zn over 6.7m including 6.15% Zn and 0.44% Cu over 0.8m
Analysis of this limited first pass drilling showed that the area has substantial potential for hosting VMS Cu-Zn deposits. The larger size and number of untested anomalies on the Big Mac and McNugget properties indicates that these properties are very favourable for hosting one or more large VMS deposit (more than 30Mt).

Highlights of the spring 2006 campaign included holes MN-06-17 with 9.00m at 0.43% Cu, 3.1% Zn and 18.73 g/t Ag, including 2.66m at 7.07% Zn; MN-06-19 with 6.49m at 0.64% Cu, 2.92% Zn and 18.84 g/t Ag, including 2.79m at 5.21% Zn; and MN-06-14 with 2.57m at 1.01% Cu, 2.49% Zn and 31.00 g/t Ag. MacDonald Mines: McNugget Expands VMS Zones and Intersects Higher Tenor Mineralization up to 7.46% Zn Over 3.59m; 12.08% Zn Over 1.99m; 6.95% Zn & 1.0 g/t Au over 2.73m; and 1.22% Cu over 5.68m

McNugget Property

The extensive winter program conducted on the McNugget Property has been completed and all assay results have now been received. In total, about 35 kilometers of line cutting followed by magnetometer, HLEM and gravity surveys was conducted on the Salo, Pullen and Campbell grids.
The diamond drilling program was intended to target known mineralization and further define geophysical anomalies as well as drill testing of favorable responses defined by the current geophysical surveys. In addition to the base metal and gold targets on the McNugget Property, the Company also drilled some previously defined airborne magnetic anomalies believed to be potential kimberlite targets.
Diamond Drilling
A total of seventeen holes (2,437 meters) of diamond drilling was completed and the summary of this work is presented below.
Five diamond drill holes, drilled east of the previously defined Campbell Zone intersected narrow massive sulphide horizons. Significant results are listed in Table 1 below. Two drill holes were put down to test magnetic "bulls-eye" anomalies believed to be caused by kimberlite, which was not intersected in either hole. Two drill holes were drilled into conductors on the Pullen Grid and assay results indicated no economic mineralization in these two holes. Finally, 8 diamond drill holes were drilled to test conductors on the Salo Grid located on the eastern part of the property. Nickel sulphide mineralization was intersected in two of the eight drill holes.
Drill hole MN-07-39 assayed 0.36% Ni over 4.5 meters and 0.26% Ni over 27.0 meters hosted by Gabbro (including 0.37% Ni over 6.0 meters and 0.40% Ni over 4.5 meters). In addition, drill hole MN-07-40 intersected 0.23% Cu and 0.17% Ni over 3 meters in Gabbro. Drill hole MN-07-40 is located 1.1 km west of MN-07-39 on what is interpreted to be a separate conductor array. Mineralization in both holes occurs as stringer sulphides. Drill hole MN-07-39 is the sole drill hole to sample the conductor that has been well defined by high resolution airborne TEM and extends over a distance of 1 km.
