NOT yesterday announced a private placement for 25M shares at $0.8 - in general that means they are considering thier operations need to be cash fed right now. That means they are thinking the market will be worse for the next 9 month and they have a risk to have no private placement filled in during the next year at price higher than 80c. Looking at that management action the market reacted accordingly bringing SP down.
From the other hand BMK has enough cash to operate and did not announce any PPs.
BMK share price is reflecting pure cash on company's account. The SP can go down only if there is nothing in thier land position or somebody will decide to get off the stock like Pinetree two weeks ago bringing down the SP to 3c. If this is the case the SP will recover very soon.
