It's combining the 2 companies into one company. Noront has put a value of 25% on Freewest, it is worth one quarter of NOT. If NOT goes up in value (before they ratify it) so does Freewest. This is only good if NOT goes up in shareprice. In order to make this attractive to FWR folks, NOT needs to go back to $2.00, $3.00 +++.

Wes Hanson obviously has something further up his sleeve to get this deal done.
