The technicals do appear to be very positive, however the overhead of .30 needs to be cleared first.

A trade above .30 on good volume signals a true breakout, and would build the new support level going forward.

It would need to be a pretty outstanding NR to bump 50% not saying its not possible, but bids are currently building at .21 (a little ways to go yet)
