Although some 302 million outstanding shares is a fair bit ,it is not an unheard of number. What I would like to know is why they are thinking consolidation? Their answer to "increase the flexibility with respect of potential business transaction ....." means what? To me this means nothing other than a bunch of fancy footwork words. What exactly is the reason for this 1 for 2 consolidation? How can we vote for such a move without knowledge of what the future holds if we as investors are to approve this move.
