UB, thanks for the reply. Yes, i did have the 1.2 millon tonnes in mind. Regarding the 1.2 billion dollars, it seems that maa is pushing the idea that that number will drop "significantly". i am hoping that we will get news on that...but that wont be for a while yet. I still dont know what to make of this development, but the much commented on spike in complant's sp is interesting. If it does in fact encourage complant to stay the course, then great!
