Question for tose of you who have done a lot more DD than I have.

If the deal DOES NOT go through... where do you think MAA will be in a year or two? Personally, I think that the market for fertilizers should stay fairly strong, the deposit has some great advantages as far as proximity to a port, labour costs etc... there should be other suitors if this does not go through. Of course that does not mean a nice firm floor under the SP, but I feel that if we lose this hand, we are still in the game.
