The rumour on Bay St. is the agreement between Mag and Complant will be signed this week. This is rumour, but there was a nice push last week so who knows. The PDA is the final agreement on the detail of the plant construction and includes the details of the financing which Complant has to bring to the table.

As far as Nav/ or P/E's it is hard to call until we see the agreement. If it is favourable then the upside could be north of 2.00 and if so/so the my projection is around 1.00. Either way, not a bad return in the short future from the 40ish that we are at.
