so Manas Adriatic GmbH ("Subsidiary) no longer has any authorized shares...right...and except on paper no longer exists...right...and its loan $8.5 to DWM is repaid. then WWI pay 100m shares to DWN, pays an additional 100m on 1st well, pays 25m when 51-101 2P = 50m boe reserves, and later when each additional 50m reserves 25m shares....no mention of work requirements....Manas becomes a 50% shareholder in PetroManas including directors....

does WWI have the resources to take this to production?
