It may be obvious, but here goes.

Support and Resistance levels are not exact numbers, but rather bands, or areas.

We previously had 2.40 as resistance, but if you noticed, the pps went above $2.40 several times, only to close below it. Once resistance gets broken, it becomes support. So, we have $2.40 as support now - but it's weak support, as we have not had a strong move above it.

Current Resistance is $2.50. These round numbers $1.00 and 50 cent levels act as barriers, especially for stocks trading in low $$ amounts, such as MNKD at 2.47

From a short term perspective, it wouldn't surprise me if $2.40 didn't hold, especially if we get some sort of broader market correction - watch Europe, especially the econ. problems in Spain.

MNKD is a long term hold. I don't see Al giving away the ship to satisfy short term capital needs of the company.
