Why would the CEO of a somewhat unknown company that is asking the FDA to forgo initial clinical trials (how often does the FDA actually grant this and do many companies petition the FDA for this waiver?) come onto a hardly read chat board to defend his company?

If I am that CEO, I would think I'd have bigger things to deal with than to respond to a message board.

MAybe it's just me, but this doesn't smell right.

And does any of what this company post past the smell test? It doesn't to me since it looks like it's trying to skirt so many of the normal routes a drug company has to make to get a drug approved.
