fair points. My only area of disagreement would be noone cares about the technology. I would guarantee you there are a lot of suitors to distribute or even own the technology. The question is at what price? Mann has a history of deals very favorable to himself and his current employees. I was at BSC when we bought Advanced Bionics. He got his price and kept some degree of control through his own management team. He usually gets the kings' ransom. In this climate, he just won't right now and that is why there is, and won't be a partner until trial data is released. So I'm thinking we need to fund into Q2 2013. Maybe there is that one party willing to sign the AROD type free agent..but probably not!
