The LOC can be borrowed against until June 30, 2012 if I remember correctly. This little gem is on the same timeline as what Al gave as an off the cuff statement as a reasonable timeframe for securing a partner earlier this year.

All clues indicate something is brewing if one is to believe management's story and the paper trail.
