I believe that the questions/requests from the BOD would be rejected from my previous experience. There is a formal procedure for this activity. It is defined on page 16 of the PROXY statement provided with this years ASM materials. I recommend that you use that process rather than lose the opportunity for consideration.

All other questions I will be prepared to provide either in verbal or written form based upon the procedure they require that day. I'll report back here after I get home from the meeting.
