It was this statement by Al that caused me to resurrect this thread. To some extent his statement makes me feel that we may have actually seen a window into the real trial status.

Thanks for the insight into your strategy. I have a large number of shares held long term as my base. I have previously used options to protect against price declines of that base and then those proceeds to add to the base shares at low prices. I retain some of the proceeds for options to ride the price back up. That is where I find myself now. Al's most recent statement puts me in a position where I feel FDA approval will be beyond January 2014 by "a month or so".
