Interesting for sure. But not in direct competition with Afreeza and certainly a number of years from anything to be looking at. From what I understand about injections vs pills vs powders is that what Mannkind has accomplished is about as close to what the body does as is pharmacutically possible. Pills have a very difficult time reacting in the body given enzymes and acids breaking down and the lenght of time it takes drugs to get into (and stay in) the bloodstream. That's 1/2 the reason I chose to invest in Mannkind. The other 1/2 was Dr. Mann himself.
