I was thinking the same thing this morning OPC. However, this is a bullish sign that inspires confidence. He likes their chances at something and is buying. If someone else steps up with a major buy...that would cause me to buy hard now. Also, my quiet period at my last company was only about 2 weeks before key announcements. I was in management, but not executive.
